Teen Arrested for Aggravated Assault Following Road Rage Shooting Incident
A 19-year-old, Jair Armando Rodriguez, was arrested by El Paso Police for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a road rage shooting on December 28, 2025. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of Hueco Valley when a disagreement between two drivers escalated, leading to Rodriguez allegedly shooting a 19-year-old male victim, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Rodriguez was apprehended shortly after the incident due to another traffic altercation and is currently held on a $20,000 bond.
