The Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PdNCF) has begun accepting applications for its scholarships for the year 2026. The foundation offers a variety of scholarships aimed at high school seniors, current college students, and non-traditional students, assisting with tuition and other educational costs. According to Kellie Burns-Franco, the Director of Partnerships and Outreach, the scholarships cater to a diverse range of student needs, including those in athletics, hospitality, and single parents returning to education. Operation College Bound Launches to Assist El Paso High School Students

El Paso Community College (EPCC) and the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) have initiated Operation College Bound (OCB) 2026 at Chapin High School on Monday, October 23.
