In response to the cold weather, the City of El Paso has established warming centers to provide residents with a safe and warm environment. These centers, including several recreation centers and library branches, will be open to those in need of heat or support services. Recreation centers like Valle Bajo and Marty Robbins will operate Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., while library branches will have varied hours throughout the week.
